POLICIES
1. After registration for a course a student may re-schedule with in 3 months if unable to attend. No refunds are available if students fail to re-schedule prior to class time chosen.
2. Attendance is mandatory for ALL COURSE HOURS advertised. Certificates will not be awarded if student is not present for all “clock hours” required and approved by the state.
3. The cost of textbooks and/or materials are included in course fees.
4. The course fee is based on course registration occurring 7 days before scheduled class date. Registration occurring in less than 7 days before scheduled class date will be charged a $25 late fee. Registration at the door will result in a $50 late fee.
5. Students are expected to bring learning materials and supplies to class such as pens, paper, calculators and any other materials to meet their individual learning needs.
6. All license numbers of students are required at the time of registration if the student expects a completion certificate. Additional copies of completion certificates will be reprinted for a fee of $25 for each certificate.
7. Prepayment for classroom courses may be made by check or credit card. Cash payment will be accepted if students bring cash payment to the office and obtain a receipt.
8. Course cancellations will be the decision of the Director due to minimal attendance/registration , weather, illness of the instructor etc. All students will be notified by phone or email as provided to Atlantic American Financial Institute.
9. Once a class has begun, it will be completed!!!!! If there is a question of bad weather, etc. it will be the discretion of the student and AAFI assumes no responsibility or liability.
